VPC is a small, established practice on Vancouver's Broadway corridor. We hire carefully and infrequently - when we do, we look for clinicians who are serious about their craft, committed to ongoing learning, and interested in being part of a collaborative team.
We've operated in the same central Vancouver location since 2003. We're not a franchise model or a high-volume referral platform - we're a group of clinicians who know each other's caseloads, refer to each other, and hold a shared standard of care.

New clinicians benefit from an established onboarding process and a consistent referral flow from our coordinator team.
We are looking for a licensed psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and families. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (CBT, play therapy, attachment-based approaches), comfort with family systems work, and a collaborative practice style. Experience with psychoeducational or diagnostic assessment is an asset.

Required: current registration in good standing with CHCPBC (College of Health and Care Professionals of BC).
Preferred: minimum 2 years post-registration experience with child and family caseloads. Experience with psychoeducational or diagnostic assessment is an asset.
