01 - Assessment

Assessments

Psychoeducational, ADHD, autism, psychodiagnostic, psycho-vocational, and career assessments for children, youth, and adults, in person or by telehealth.

A structured process that answers a specific question about learning, attention, diagnosis, or direction. Each assessment includes intake, testing, scoring, a written report, and a feedback session to talk through what the results mean and the options that follow.

  • Psycho-vocational & careerStrengths, interests, and aptitude to guide study and career direction.
  • Report and feedback includedEvery assessment includes a written report and a feedback session to talk through next steps.
  • Psychoeducational kids groupsVPC also runs small, structured groups for children ages 7-12, including Resilient Divorce and Resilient Minds. Ask our care team about current groups.
02 - Individual

Individual Therapy

For adults navigating anxiety, mood, trauma, transitions, and identity. Evidence-based approaches, including CBT, matched to what you're actually dealing with.

50-minute sessions, typically weekly. Evidence-based modalities matched to your situation, not a fixed protocol applied to everyone.

03 - Couples

Couples Therapy

For partners working on connection, communication, repair after rupture, or the hard question of whether to stay.

We work with couples at every stage: from newly partnered to reorienting after an affair. Sessions are 75 minutes, structured around the questions you bring.

Family & Parenting

Family therapy and parenting support for the developmental work of children, adolescents, and the family system as a whole.

We work with parents directly, with children and adolescents individually, and with the family together when that's what the work calls for.
